Aaron leads projects to help Change Logic’s clients develop and scale innovative new businesses. As leader of the firm’s global Healthcare Practice, he has specific responsibility for the firm’s thought leadership in this industry, as well as serving our health and health tech clients. 

 

Aaron has a background in strategy, startups, and project management, with a focus on the IT and healthcare sectors. Most recently, he was the strategy director for Source Medical, a privately-held software company, before that he was a project manager with Epic Software working with leading hospitals to implement complex core software systems. He also worked with a genomic oncology startup creating go-to-market strategies and financial models, and with Dell’s Global Healthcare team, developing government affairs and policy strategies.

 

Aaron is a graduate of Vanderbilt University with a degree in Music Performance and Political Science. While at Vanderbilt, he consulted to the Costa Rican government as part of a charitable partnership to aid in the development of their fledgling national music education system.
