Christine has 25+ years of experience as both a strategy consultant and entrepreneur. As a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, she served Fortune 500 companies facing financial, organizational and growth issues.  As Co-founder, CEO and President of a Pittsburgh-based fluid injection technology firm, she directed all aspects of the firm’s patent commercialization, operations and go to market strategies.

 

As a leader in Change Logic’s innovation practice, she serves incumbents and start-ups facing innovation and growth challenges across sectors including healthcare, medical devices, autonomous vehicles, consumer electronics, insurance, adaptive learning, business process outsourcing, and not-for-profit.  Christine’s recent work includes developing ecosystem strategies for autonomous vehicles and medical devices, designing and executing the launch of adaptive learning technology, and developing an organizational blueprint for a healthcare and analytics company. 

 

Christine graduated with an MBA from The Wharton School, and BBA from The University of Notre Dame.  She is based in Pittsburgh.
